Just like your Korean mom makes it! It's delicious! Even better if rolled up in red leaf lettuce with rice and hot pepper paste. If you want to spice it up just add red pepper powder to your marinade. When I was little, Korean Bulgogi is quite a special food and is often served on special celebratory occasions such as birthdays or Korean national holidays. You'll be very happy about how this Korean Bulgogi will turn out ... it’s adequately sweet, savoury, juicy and tender.
