A Hawaiian Classic: Two flavors of rum combine with pineapple juice and orange juice to make a yummy, fruity drink.

Ingredients
- 1 cup 'okolehao whiskey (or your favorite bourbon)
- 1 bottle (fifth) orange curacao
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup liliko'i juice
- 1/2 cup orgeat syrup

Instructions
- Mix together to make 1 gallon. Keep in the refrigerator to make up mai tais.
- To make an individual mai tai: Fill your glass with crushed ice. Pour in 1 jigger of light Puerto Rican rum. Fill the glass with the Mai Tai Mix, leaving an inch at the top. Then float 1 jigger of heavy dark Jamaican rum on top. Garnish with mint, pineapple, and an orchid. Be as corny as you like.
