- 1/2 cup fresh sweet basil leaves, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup minced roasted macadamia nuts

- In a blender, add all the ingredients, except the nuts. Blend. Add the nuts to the mixture, and blend for a few seconds. Keep in refrigerator, or store in the freezer until needed.
