- 2 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 tbsp wasabi powder or paste
- 1-1/2 tbsp curry powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 dozen New Zealand oysters
- 3 eggs beaten
- 6 cups panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
- oil for deep-frying
- Wasabi Cocktail Sauce

- Sift the flour, wasabi powder, curry powder, and salt and pepper together. Start the breading process by placing the oysters, one at a time, in the flour mixture, the in the beaten eggs, and last in the panko. Deep-fry in hot oil. Serve with Wasabi Cocktail Sauce.
