Instructions
  1. Sift the flour, wasabi powder, curry powder, and salt and pepper together. Start the breading process by placing the oysters, one at a time, in the flour mixture, the in the beaten eggs, and last in the panko. Deep-fry in hot oil. Serve with Wasabi Cocktail Sauce.
