- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp mixed poi
- 3 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 jiggers bourbon or brandy
- crushed ice
- Dash of nutmeg

- In a blender, place the milk, poi, sugar, bourbon or brandy (or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla), and about 1 cup of crushed ice. Bl;end thoroughly and pour into a glass. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg.
