This is quick and easy and makes a delicious Hawaiian appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of each diced - watermelon, cantaloupe, & honeydew
- 1/2 Cup dice red bell pepper
- 3T. Lime juice
- 2T. Each diced red onion & chopped cilantro
- 1 Large jalapeno chile (halved, seeded, and minced)
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine all salsa ingredients. Let mixture stand at room temperature for 15-20 minutes for flavors to blend. Serve with grilled fish or chicken, or as a dip with tortilla chips.
