- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 red Hawaiian chile or red serrano chile, minced
- 1 tbsp Chile Pepper Water
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- Salt to taste

- In a blender, combine half of the sour cream, the chile, Chile Pepper Water, and lime juice. Blend together and transfer to a bowl. Fold in the remaining sour cream. Season with salt. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
