red Hawaiian chile
or red serrano chile, minced

Chile Pepper Water

freshly squeezed lime juice
Salt to taste
Instructions
In a blender, combine half of the sour cream, the chile, Chile Pepper Water, and lime juice. Blend together and transfer to a bowl. Fold in the remaining sour cream. Season with salt. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
