- 5 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp shoyu
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion, including green tops
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 6 tbsp mochiko flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 5 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- Cooking oil such as peanut or canola

- Mix all ingredients together except the chicken. Add chicken and marinate in a covered bowl or zippered plastic bag in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. Fry in hot oil 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and crisp. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm and serve with toothpicks. You may leave the bones in the chicken and make this en entree' or picnic dish.
