  1. Mix all ingredients together except the chicken. Add chicken and marinate in a covered bowl or zippered plastic bag in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. Fry in hot oil 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and crisp. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm and serve with toothpicks. You may leave the bones in the chicken and make this en entree' or picnic dish.
