- 3 tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup white vinegar

- Combine mustard and oil in small bowl. Gradually add 2 tablespoons water, stirring constantly to form smooth paste. Stir sugar, cornstarch and vinegar; blend thoroughly. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Gradually add to mustard mixture, stirring constantly, until blended. Chill until serving time. Stir before serving and serve at room temperature.
