- 1 8-1/2 ounce can cream of coconut
- 1 13 ounce can evaporated milk
- 1 cup cola-flavored carbonated beragage
- 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
- 1 cup sugar
- maraschino cherries, optional

- Combine cream of coconut, milk, cola, vanilla, sugar and eggs in blender container; blend until smooth. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish each serving with 1 cherry.
