According to reports, Heather Locklear's daughter Ava Sambora has jetted off to Hawaii with her dad, Richie Sambora, in order to cope with her mother's legal drama away from the spotlight. Reportedly, Ava is "concerned and sad" about the Melrose Place alum's current mental state.

Although Ava and Richie already planned to head to the Big Island of Hawaii, the 56-year-old's recent arrest made the getaway an "imperative" one. Mr. Sambora is said to be very tight with his 20-year-old, thus, he's expressed concerns about the impact the controversy will have on the Loyola Marymount University student.
One tipster close to the family even noted to TMZ that the trip "couldn't have come soon enough." Our thoughts are with Heather and her loved ones during this concerning time.
