A go to recipe for that authentic taste of pulehu ribs. Get beefy thick short ribs if possible. This recipe works well with chicken, pork ribs, boneless pork or nay type of beef ribs.
Mix garlic, salt, brown sugar, canola oil, and sesame oil. Rib mixture on meat, and let stand for 1/2 hour before grilling. Grill covered (pulehu) over medium heat until done to your preference.
