Tomato-Chile Pepper Vinaigrette
This sauce is easy to make and is very versatile. Use it on salads, grilled meats, grilled fish hot or cold, vegetables hot or cold, pasta and warm pasta salads.
Instructions
  1. To prepare the Tomato-Chile Pepper Vinaigrette, in a blender, combine the tomato, garlic and Chile Pepper Water and puree' until smooth. With the machine running slowly add the oil until incorporated. Season with salt. Refrigerate until needed.
