  1. Place meat with marinade in a container, and marinate overnight.
  2. Warm oil in a wok at medium-high heat, add ginger and cook for 1 minute. Add carrots, celery, onion, green pepper, and cabbage, and stir-fry until al dente.
  3. Remove rib eye steak from marinate; allow to drip-drain. Lay meat on a flat surface, and scoop stir-fried vegetables into the center of the steak. Add oyster sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Roll the vegetables in the beef, and secure wit toothpicks. Broil or grill until done to your preference. Serve hot.
