Lemon pepper really just makes the flavor burst in this tasty recipe.

Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Add ono, and marinate for 30 minutes. Grill fish for 3 to 4 minutes, leaving the middle pink. (The fish will continue to cook through even after it is removed from the fire.) Remove from the heat.
  2. Serve with hot rice, and Twisted Tarter Sauce on the side.
