Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for sauce together.
  2. Dip chicken breast in egg, roll in cornstarch.
  3. Fry in oil (or Pam) until just browned.
  4. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan.
  5. Pour the sauce over it and bake uncovered at 325 degrees F. for one hour.
  6. Turn chicken every 15 min.
  7. Serve with rice!
