Lightly grease baking sheets. Make pie crust mix according to package directions, adding cheese when mixing crust. Use sherry for liquid instead of water. Shape dough into small sticks, using about 1 teaspoonful of dough for each. Roll sticks in sesame seeds and place about 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake at 425 degrees about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Store cooled sticks in air tight containers.
