Pepper-Papaya-Pineapple Chutney
There's a lot of P’s in this Chutney! It has a great natural taste of a sweet + spicy chutney.

Ingredients

small fresh pineapple
peeled, cored, and chopped

medium fresh
papaya, seeded, peeled, and chopped
1
tbsp
minced fresh gingerroot
6
tbsp
sugar

tbsp
hot chili paste
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except chili paste. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour or until mixture has a syrupy consistency. Fold in chili paste.
