- 4 ripe mangoes peeled and seeded
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 cups crushed ice
- 4 tbsp honey or to taste, depending on the sweetness of the mango
- Black pepper for garnish

- Chop the mango, and pour into a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth, and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper.
