Ingredients

green onion
chopped

cup
ginger
minced
1/2
tsp
garlic

cups
peanut oil

tsp
white pepper
2
tsp
oyster sauce
2
tsp
sugar
salt
to taste
Instructions
In pot of warm water, boil one whole chicken and one large ginger sliced and a little salt.
Cover turn heat to low and cook for about 45 minutes.
Drain, chill and debone or chop into bite sized pieces.
Arrange on plates and cover with sauce.
Note: If possible, make sauce a day or two ahead and let sit in fridge.
Serve hot or cold.
