  1. Remove green top from pineapple and rinse fruit thoroughly. Cut pineapple into quarters. Remove fruit from shell, core and cut into large chunks. Place about 4 pieces in blender and whip at high speed until pureed; repeat with remaining chunks. Combine pureed pineapple, ginger ale and juices in blender; whip on low speed until blended. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with decorated straws and fresh mint leaves. This may also be served in the whole pineapple. Cut a 1/4-inch slice from top of the fruit. Using a knife or spoon, gently remove pineapple pulp, leaving shell intact. Proceed with pureeing pineapple and blending with remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Pour mixture into shell and serve with 2 thin straws and garnish with fresh mint leaf.
