Ingredients

red wine vinegar

orange juice

Dijon mustard

chopped fresh basil

garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste

canola oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except oil. Whisk until sugar is completely dissolved and mixture is thoroughly blended. Gradually add oil while continuing to whisk. Chill for half a day before using.
