  1. Soak bananas in pineapple juice for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  3. Line a 9 inch pie plate with pastry.
  4. Drain bananas, saving 3 tablespoons of the juice.
  5. Place bananas in pie shell.
  6. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon; sprinkle over bananas.
  7. Sprinkle with the 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice.
  8. Dot with butter, cover with top crust.
  9. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until crust is browned.
  10. Makes 8 servings.
