  2. In a saucepan, combine butter, juices, and Worcestershire sauce; heat until sizzling. Spray a baking pan with nonstick oil spray, and arrange fish skin-side down.
  3. Pour butter mixture over fish, and top with bread crumbs. Bake for 18 to 12 minutes or until done.
