  1. Mix together to make 1 gallon. Keep in the refrigerator to make up mai tais.
  2. To make an individual mai tai: Fill your glass with crushed ice. Pour in 1 jigger of light Puerto Rican rum. Fill the glass with the Mai Tai Mix, leaving an inch at the top. Then float 1 jigger of heavy dark Jamaican rum on top. Garnish with mint, pineapple, and an orchid. Be as corny as you like.
