In a mixing bowl, combine liliko'i concentrate, vinegar, ginger, sugar, and basil; blend well. Add prawns, and marinate for 1 hour. Skewer prawns on four skewers. Barbecue or broil for 7 to 8 minutes, until prawns are cooked. Baste occasionally with marinade.
