- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 orange juiced
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Nonstick oil spray
- 4 pieces onaga (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs (or panko)

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a saucepan, combine butter, juices, and Worcestershire sauce; heat until sizzling. Spray a baking pan with nonstick oil spray, and arrange fish skin-side down.
- Pour butter mixture over fish, and top with bread crumbs. Bake for 18 to 12 minutes or until done.
